How do I place an order from start to finish?

Creating your locket set takes four simple steps:

  1. Browse our collection, select your favorite locket style, and add it to your cart.
  2. Choose the charms that tell your story and add them to your cart.
  3. Select your chain style and preferred chain length, then add it to your cart.
  4. Double-check your cart to make sure everything looks right, and feel free to email us if you have any questions before checking out!

Will the charms fall out of the locket?

No, your charms are held securely inside the enclosed glass locket chamber. Our lockets are crafted with tight closures and sturdy clasps to keep your meaningful charms safe inside while remaining beautifully visible.

How long does it take to create and ship my order?

Each order is carefully packaged and prepared by hand. Processing and production typically take between 5 to 7 business days before shipping out to you.

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

At this time, we do not offer custom stamping, engraving, or bespoke custom charms. However, you can personalize your look completely by curating your own unique mix of lockets, chains, and charms from our broad catalog.
